Short Bio for Christy Raymond-Seniuk
Christy Raymond-Seniuk is currently a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Alberta where she is completing her doctoral research exploring how nurse educators reveal their critical thinking in the clinical setting. In addition to her doctoral studies, Christy has been an instructor in the nursing program at Grant MacEwan University for the past 13 years, where she has developed a passion for excellence in nursing education. By striving to facilitate quality student learning within a variety of learning environments, Christy has applied her nursing experience from pediatrics, pediatric intensive care and home care, while developing further research interests in the areas of evidence based teaching, high level questioning, knowledge translation, and mixed methods research design.
